Shipping Policy

The Tinderbox Portable Bonfire is shipped via United States Postal Service weekdays and will be delivered within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. Shipping is limited to the United States (CONUS). Additional shipping charges may apply for international orders. Modern Tinder LLC is not responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during shipping. Please note that in warm conditions, the wax and/or chocolate used in the Product may melt during shipping. This does not affect the performance of the Product and is not a valid reason for return. For the melted chocolate from our s’more set, simply put into the fridge to allow it to cool down and harden.

Return and Refund Policy

We are confident that you will love your Tinderbox Portable Bonfire. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The Product must be returned in its original packaging and in un-used and un-damaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
