Welcome to Modern Tinder LLC DBA Modern Tinder. The following terms and Services (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing and/or using our flagship product, the Tinderbox Portable Bonfire (“Product”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Product.

• Product Use

The Tinderbox Portable Bonfire is a portable campfire/bonfire that is intended to be used outside only. The Product is not intended for use indoors or in enclosed spaces. By purchasing the Product, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older, and assume all risks associated with the use of the Product. Modern Tinder LLC assumes no liability for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the Product. The Product should only be used in compliance with local regulations and fire safety guidelines.

• Product Specifications

The Tinderbox Portable Bonfire is a portable campfire/bonfire that is designed to provide a convenient and eco-friendly alternative to traditional campfires. The Product is made with high-quality materials and is designed to be durable and long-lasting. The dimensions of the Product are as follows: [insert dimensions]. • Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the Tinderbox Portable Bonfire and its branding, including but not limited to the flame logo, tinderbox design, and name of the company, are the exclusive property of Modern Tinder LLC. The use of our Product and branding without our permission is strictly prohibited.

• Safety Precautions

The safety of our customers is our top priority. When using the Tinderbox Portable Bonfire, please follow these safety precautions:

• Only use the Product outside, in a well-ventilated area.

• Keep the Product away from flammable materials, such as dry leaves, grass, or paper.

• Do not use the Product in windy or wet conditions.

• Do not leave the Product unattended while in use.

• Do not touch the Product while it is hot.

• Keep children and pets away from the Product while in use.

  Pricing and Payment Policy

The price of the Tinderbox Portable Bonfire starts at $30.00 USD, plus applicable taxes and fees. Payment can be made via card only or cash in a commerce setting. Modern Tinder LLC reserves the right to change the price of the Product at any time, without prior notice.

• Shipping Policy

The Tinderbox Portable Bonfire is shipped via United States Postal Service and will be delivered within 3-6 weekdays after payment has been received. Shipping is limited to the United States (CONUS). Additional shipping charges may apply for international orders. Modern Tinder LLC is not responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during shipping. Please note that in warm conditions, the wax used in the Product may melt during shipping. This does not affect the performance of the Product and is not a valid reason for return.

• Return and Refund Policy

We are confident that you will love your Tinderbox Portable Bonfire. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The Product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Limitations of Liability

Modern Tinder LLC assumes no liability for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of the Tinderbox Portable Bonfire. The Product is sold “as is” and without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Modern Tinder LLC be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product. The total liability of Modern Tinder LLC, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Product.

• Modification of Terms

Modern Tinder LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Product after any such modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

• Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Product shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

• Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Modern Tinder LLC and the customer regarding the use of the Product and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Modern Tinder LLC.
